Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of darwingroup.net. They cover the website only. Any work we do for a client is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, and where the two ever disagree, the agreement wins.
01Using this site
You are welcome to read this website, quote from it with attribution, and share it. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to build a competing page.
02Figures shown on this site are illustrative
The numbers, dashboards, account records, timelines and specimen panels on this website are illustrations of the kind of output the work produces. They are not results from a named client, they are not a forecast, and they are not a promise of what your own numbers will look like.
03Not professional advice
The material here describes how we think about markets and how our work runs. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from someone qualified to give it in your jurisdiction.
04Ownership
The text, design, code and imagery on this site belong to Darwin Group unless stated otherwise. The name Darwin Group and the marks used on this site are ours. Third-party names that appear here belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, not to suggest any endorsement or partnership.
05Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it. That includes the third-party service used to schedule calls, which operates under its own terms and privacy policy.
06Availability
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, error free, or free of interruption, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Darwin Group is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, whether that loss is direct or indirect. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
